Terms of Trade
These terms and conditions apply to the supply of all goods sold by Seafish Systems Ltd to the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the company.
Prices, Specifications and Policies
All prices exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) and freight. Seafish reserves the right to update prices, specifications and policies at any time without notice. We make great efforts to ensure the prices and specifications of our goods are as accurate and as up to date as possible. However, given the nature of the goods we supply, the availability, price or specifications of goods can change rapidly. We therefore accept no liability should any of the goods be unavailable or if prices or specifications differ from those on this web site.
Freight & Delivery
Seafish prides itself on delivering goods to you as fast as possible but it cannot be responsible for any loss whatsoever sustained by the customer if there is a delay in delivery.
All claims for short shipments or damage must be made no later than 14 days from shipment date. All requests for proof of delivery must be received within 20 days of purchase date.
Return & Credit Policy
We will provide a refund for any product that is returned unopened and in original condition within 14 days of purchase date, excluding any handling and shipping charges.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with goods supplied by us, just return the goods within 14 days of purchase with the invoice and an explanation for return. We will refund your original purchase price (excluding handling and shipping charges), or we will replace your order - it is your choice.
